Carissa Llewellyn-Burns

Banquet Operations Manager

Carissa joined the Dubsdread Catering team more than eight years ago. A Communications/Journalism graduate of Shippensburg University in 2011, she made the move from Pennsylvania to Florida in 2013 for sunshine and job opportunities. Carissa began her career with the Dubsdread Catering team as a Banquet Server and has since worked her way through every position in the office to learn every aspect of the operation. Carissa was promoted to Banquet Operations Manager in 2013 and is most proud of being part of the amazing team. When she is not at work, Carissa enjoys time with her husband, Tyler, her new baby, Connor, and her fur child, Roxy.

Banquet Sales Manager

Christiana joined the Dubsdread Catering team in 2005. An Orlando native and a UCF graduate, Christiana first worked in advertising upon graduation, but found that the hospitality industry was far more entertaining and mentally stimulating for her. Christiana enjoys humorous clients, problem solving and working with great colleagues. When she is not at work, she enjoys watching UCF football, being at the gym and spending time with her three “kids,” her daughter, husband and dog.

Senior Wedding & Event Coordinator

David joined the Dubsdread Catering team more than ten years ago. Prior to joining the team, David worked in customer service positions in the wedding and airline industries. As Senior Wedding & Event Coordinator, David strives to make every bride’s dream a reality allowing his attention to detail and customer service skills to shine through. When he is not at work, David enjoys his time with his friends and his dog, Sweet Pea, and visiting family in Michigan.

Event Specialist/Sales Representative

Michelle joined the Dubsdread Catering team in 2017. A graduate of Seminole Community College and a Certified Wedding & Event Planner with The Bridal Society, she has been in the wedding, event and catering industry for more than 21 years. Michelle grew up in a family restaurant business, and added more layers to that knowledge through her work at country clubs, concert and convention venues, hotels and stadiums. Whether it is hosting a small private party or coordinating a big event for thousands of guests, helping her client's vision become a reality is her favorite part of being on the Dubsdread team. When Michelle is not planning an event, you will find her spending time with her husband Jay, son Blake, dog Boo Boo and her very large extended family.

Shanna Paris

Event Specialist/Sales Representative

Shanna joined the Dubsdread Catering team more than three years ago. An Event Management graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality, she parlayed her education and interests into positions with local wedding and destination event management companies. Since 2000, Shanna has been planning parties, weddings and events throughout the Orlando-area using her local expertise to help Meeting Planners all over the world execute their corporate events. Being a part of the Dubsdread team allows Shanna to fully focus on weddings and her true passion for helping brides find the special details to make their event unique and personal. When she is not at work, Shanna enjoys time with her three favorite guys, her dog Giggsy, her son Liam and her husband Josh.

Peighton Ballant

Peighton Ballant

Event Specialist/Sales Representative

 Peighton is native of Orlando and joined the Dubsdread Catering team in 2018. She is working on her Event Management degree through the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality. Prior to joining the Dubsdread Catering team, Peighton worked as a hostess at The Tap Room at Dubsdread. Peighton enjoys working with prospective brides to discover what they are most interested in bringing to their special day, and how to make those ideas come to life. When not at work, she enjoys taking care of Dexter, her cat-child, going to the beach, hanging out with friends, and being a UCF Knight football fan.

Wedding & Event Coordinator

Kristen joined the Dubsdread Catering team as a Catering Captain a little over a year ago before transitioning to a Wedding & Event Coordinator. She graduated with a degree in arts found that she preferred the people-oriented nature, pacing, and problem solving that comes with working in the service industry. Kristen enjoys planning, facilitating, and contributing to creating joyous occasions. When she is not at work, she loves traveling, cooking, working on creative projects, and hanging out with her two cats Diana and Henry.

Banquet Operations Ambassador

Roxy joined the Dubsdread Catering team in January 2015. A Pet Smart’s Elite Obedience School graduate, she parlayed her training into a unique and valued office position. Roxy’s favorite part of joining the team is greeting guests and fulfilling her Dubsdread Catering ambassador duties. When not at work, Roxy enjoys playing fetch with her humans, licking her new baby brother, belly rubs, treats, being completely spoiled and days at the doggie spa.
