- What idea(s) did you have going into your first planning meeting that you thought would be the most important?
From the moment we got engaged on the beach in Ponte Vedra, Florida at sunrise in front of our mentors and friends, I knew our wedding was going to be about bringing everyone we love together. Plus, I knew in addition to wanting great food and beverages to share with our guests, we wanted to have an epic dance party! -
What is the most helpful advice you can give when it comes to planning?
Although my overall big picture planning went amazingly well, it was the day-of the wedding plans that were the most difficult to coordinate. The timeline was very full and then there is the coordination of guests and vendors, however, collaborating with Emma, my photographer, really helped me picture the way the day should unfold. The best part was bouncing ideas and collaborating with my best friends. It was so much fun! - Looking back, what is now the most memorable part of your day?
The most memorable part was definitely when we (the bride and groom) saw each other for the first time. It was just an amazing moment. - Is there anything you would do differently?
Everything was great but maybe we would’ve wanted to party much longer! - Any words of advice?
Don’t worry so much about the details and just have fun planning your wedding day! Things will change, things won’t be The Dubsdread team is incredible and they are going to take such great care of the both of you.
