Five Questions with Senior Wedding & Event Coordinator David Osmola:

1. How many years have you been with Dubsdread Catering?
   I have been a Dubsdread Catering team member for more than 12 years. 
   
   
2. What is your college and/or life experience that prepared you for this position?
   I attended college in Michigan and then decided I wanted to see a lot more of the world than Michigan. I worked for a charter airline for more than 20 years as part of a scheduled specialty flight crew. It allowed me a great opportunity to travel as well as hone my service skills. 
   
   
3. What are your plans for your future career/personal growth?
   Other than continuing my work with the Dubsdread Catering team, I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I actually learn a lot from my clients about the latest food, exercise, and general lifestyle trends I should consider. It is one of the things I enjoy most about my clients, as often it becomes this great partnership where I help them think differently about their event and the venue space, and they help me think differently about cuisine, exercise challenges and more.  
   
   
4. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
   I enjoy working on my home, spending time with friends, and flying back home to see my family.  
   
   
5. What do you enjoy most about your position?
   I enjoy creating the perfect wedding for the couple! To see the bride and grooms’ faces when they see the venue transformed into their dream is very rewarding. It’s so important to enjoy every moment and I feel lucky that my job is to be part of these special times.
