Five Questions With Catering Captain Carlos Morales:

1. How many years have you been with Dubsdread Catering?

I have been a Dubsdread Catering team member for more than nine years.

2. What is your college and/or life experience that prepared you for this position?

I attended Daytona State College, majored in Acting, and graduated with an associate degree with a concentration in Performing Arts.

3. What are your plans for your future career/personal growth?

I continue to work on establishing my acting career locally and write and produce original content. Eventually, I would like to create and build my own production company.

4. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I have two sons that keep me pretty busy, but they are my best audience. I attend workshops and open studios to hone my craft, as well as write and travel.

5. What do you enjoy most about your position?

I love the connection that happens with clients and my team when an event is in full swing. Being able to put a client at ease, seeing our guests happy and enjoying their event instead of stressing is a joy, and getting to work so many different types of events, each with its own unique needs and spin, keeps my creativity and energy flowing.
