Five Questions With Catering Captain Omar Fabian:

1. How many years have you been with Dubsdread Catering?
   I have been a Dubsdread Catering team member for more than six years. 
   
   
2. What is your college and/or life experience that prepared you for this position?
   I graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2016 with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Legal Studies, with a minor in business.  
   
   
3. What are your plans for your future career/personal growth?
   Currently, I am attending law school at Florida A&M University, so my plate will be full for the next few years as I focus on achieving my dream of a law degree.  
   
   
4. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
   I enjoy traveling throughout the United States and abroad. When I’m not traveling, I spend as much time as possible with my nephew, friends, and family.  
   
   
5. What do you enjoy most about your position?
   What I enjoy most about my position is training my team to be optimal to work as a cohesive unit. When we create successful events, it takes the whole team to achieve it and it’s very rewarding. From our office staff to our dishwasher, every person is crucial to creating a memorable event.
