The Acre venue is a hidden gem with the perfect blend of outdoor rustic charm, whimsy and wild landscapes.

Ideally located near College Park in Orlando, this one-acre urban sanctuary has many options to accommodate a variety of events types, sizes, and styles. The tucked away intimate setting makes it the perfect gathering location for weddings, company parties, birthdays, community events, and celebrations of all sizes. 

Hosting Your Event at The Acre

With a variety of locations to choose from within the venue, you can create a large spacious event or a small intimate setting, each providing a unique backdrop, for you and your guests to enjoy including:

  • BARN - Indoor stage with built-in sound and light system and indoor/outdoor bar access
  • CAMPHOR TREE - A popular ceremony location and a landmark on the property
  • CHAPEL HALL - Enclosed space for gatherings, weddings and performances with stained glass, back porch and brick fireplace
  • FIRE PIT – Gather guests together around the large open fire pit
  • GREAT LAWN - Barefoot grass is maintained year-round for outdoor receptions, camping, dinner parties, movies and more
  • KITCHEN HOUSE – Air-conditioned upstairs dining or lounge area with fully-stocked, double-oven kitchen downstairs
  • MIRROR PATIO - Mirror covered ivy walls complete with outdoor fireplace and patio tables
  • STAGE - Elevated platform with built-in audio/visual equipment for concerts, films or wedding staging
  • TINY HOUSE - This College Park original tiny house was purchased by The Acre owner and is a work in progress on property
  • TRAILER - A quirky yet favored addition to the great lawn and great for photo backdrop
  • VINE WALL - The perfect backdrop for ceremonies and photos alike

The Acre amenities and points of interest

All event and wedding services are available in packages with additional items that may be added upon planning:

  • Exclusive use of the property 
  • Use of the open fire pit (wood included)
  • Use of the bridal suite and grooms lounge
  • Natural and whimsical photo options throughout property
  • One-hour use of the property for engagement photos (scheduled Mon-Thurs)
  • One-hour scheduled rehearsal time
  • On-site parking for the bridal party and guests for up to 50 vehicles
  • Parking attendant (additional fee or part of some packages)
  • Wedding Officiant (additional fee or part of some packages)
  • A property-wide professional sound system included (bring your device)
  • Market lighting throughout the property
  • Chairs and tables (white folding wedding chairs, round reception tables, welcome, sweetheart and cake tables included for events up to 200)
  • Reception table linens – you pick the color
  • Galvanized metal beverages tubs and ice
  • Fancy restroom trailer with two restrooms
  • A large indoor staging kitchen for caterers, with refrigeration
  • On-site coordination meetings with the venue director
  • Personal online client portal
  • A dedicated staff member who will stay with you during the entire event
