The day of the wedding is the culmination of a million little ideas, inspirations, and plans to take care of the guests that will be joining you. Our team wants to take care of you, too, and one of the many ways that we do this is by providing you with a dedicated day-of Banquet Captain. Your dedicated Banquet Captain is the liaison for the couple on their wedding day to assure the food, service, and experience is excellent.

Our Banquet Captains:

• Leads and manages teams of 2-15 banquet servers to facilitate weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, social events, etc. with 20-200+ attending guests
• Verify that all staff is present and in proper uniform
• Conduct pre-shift meeting with staff and chefs in ensure event smoothness
• Confirm all details of the event with client and relay any new information to chefs and other team members
• Present final invoice to point of contact, process final payment, balance POS documents, cross check all payments, and bar inventory
• Takes care of distributing tips to team from those accrued through bar, buffet, and services
• Provide the highest level of customer service and ensures events run smoothly in a high-volume and high-stress environment
• Overall, making sure the bride and groom have nothing to worry about and can enjoy the experience they’ve created
