With the original stone fireplace at one end and hardwood pine floors gleaming beneath the open wood-beam ceiling, the Historic Dubsdread Ballroom exudes sophistication and Old Florida rustic charm, right in the heart of College Park.

Our Florida Room is both spacious and comfortable. It’s perfect for cocktail hours, corporate events, banquets, fundraisers and workshops. The Florida Room overlooks our beautiful Brick Courtyard and can be used for wedding ceremonies as well.

With the whole facility surrounded by majestic hundred-year-old oak trees and the manicured greens of the legendary Dubsdread Golf Course, outdoor events and wedding ceremonies are awe-inspiring and provide a wide array of options for stunning photos and views.

We are able to accommodate parties of 10 to 250 for a full dinner service and cocktail style receptions for up to 600 guests, when utilizing all banquet areas.
